This policy covers Gelato Synth and any other apps published by Gelato Audio (operated by Cerrone LLC), together referred to as “our apps.”
Our apps have no accounts or logins, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers, and make no network connections. We do not know who you are, and nothing you do in the app is sent to us or to anyone else.
Your settings, presets, and saved sounds are stored only on your device using the operating system’s standard on-device storage. They never leave your device through our apps, and we cannot see them. Deleting the app removes them.
Our apps are designed to be friendly for beginners of all ages, including children. Because we collect no data from anyone, we collect no data from children under 13. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by simply not gathering personal information.
Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect its own information when you download or purchase an app, under Apple’s privacy policy, which we do not control.
If an app ever adds a feature that would change how data is handled, we will update this policy and the date above before that feature ships.
